UPDATES::

6 are totally out & jumbling about!!! 3 dark ones & a yellow one & an almost all yellow one(has some brownish on tips of wings & such, RIR/EE)

Almost all have at least pipped



Soo hard to sleep last night & not get up every 20min to check on them.

Yes start turning them now. Leave them in the carton for the entire time, even lockdown. They should have no problems hatching from the egg carton. I think it helps keep the ones that do hatch from playing soccer with the other eggs that are not hatched yet.

Don't feel bad Roxanne. We are still going to be hatching buddies. I just set 17 of my own eggs and 7 Black Bresse eggs tonight. These will be Valentine's Day babies.

I'll still be hatching buddies with ya'll too- yesterday I put in the choc. orp bantam eggs I ordered. Still have my eye on some basque eggs too- It's day 19 for my silkies, in a few days I'll have other eggs in lock down-

49 hatched so far today. 25 Sex link x Sex link, 24 Easter Eggers and Crested Easter Eggers.
Will try to gt pictures tomorrow.

This is from about 5 hours ago. Was out for a while this afternoon & will be taking more photos of the bunch when I move them to the brooder. There were 8 that didn't make it. Some died sometime during incubation & it looks like others past away probably last night or today, heads in the middle of egg broke thru membrane but never went after the shell But the rest are doing good.
I am very sad for the ones that were so close! It's like.. if I only took a listen to each & every egg....could have avoided some losses
Well can't beat myself up over it. Happy for what I have.

Aww! They are so innocent and cute looking when they hatch! When mine hatched, she looked right at me and kept wobbling towards me. It was cute!!! Congrats!
