Japanese Bantams how cold can they stand

I might get a breeding pair of Japanese bantams to well breed but i have read about them and found that they are not very could hardy i would like to know just how cold can stand could they stand about 32 degrees Farenheit or 0 degrees Celcius? for a few hours some nights in the winter

I've seen 20-30F. nights around here pretty often in the winter. My Jap cockerel never seemed to mind it.

I live in Central Ohio. It gets frigid here come January/February (as in we'd love to see 32 degrees, lol). We had a cute little Japanese bantam, kept her in the barn with the other bantams, heated water container. She did fine.
