When breeding pure needs you have two birds that are the same breed and verity so they will breed true.

Instead of breeding with the rooster you have suggested, get either a Legbar rooster or a Wyandotte. That way you could breed one of those two breeds. It would also be helpful to know where you live in the world, as based on where you live, the demand is different

So based on wich breed i choose i would either breed Legbars or wyandottes?????
