I am still unpacking from our move and I haven't found the "do-hicky" that I use to upload my photos from my phone to my computer. I put the "do-hicky in a safe place which I am trying to remember where that is, lol, when I find it I will post some current photos.

Evening To All...thanks for sharing the pics javachick. While I haven't shipped eggs before, I would prolly have some nice Buckeye eggs available. My 3 boys are awful pretty and friendly. I'm not gonna have any java eggs this spring for hatching, just eating. I need to buy some more peeps this next year too! I really want to have a friendly roo for the program. I chose to keep the closest to standard. I think that dual purpose breeds tend to have more feisty roos. My opinion, and I'm gonna start with the more gentle males now and then breed to perfection from the gentle ones. I had some manhaters here that were nice specimens....however certaiin rules here won't allow certain behaviors. I really want to have a nice black java flock. One that I'm proud of.

i have a serious sweetheart of a roo--good to the girls, a real gentleman, but also very respectful of me. if you want to try to get a roo out of some eggs i have in the spring, just let me know. they will be from himXhis daughter, so his genetics should be strong.

no pressure, i just am truly blessed with this roo and want everyone to have a GREAT BJ roo like him. you can see his pics in my sig link.

Good Evening All... I'm always up for new genes...specially friendly ones. haThor that is a nice gesture...kinda long ship here...but if only one gentle cockeral hatches, then i'm happy. I'll be waiting for spring like everyone else. I'm not sure if you know how really cold it gets here. I often think I'm nuts for living here...however too many roots to leave!

you know it's funny, we are actually in the same postal zone since they go north to south...you are just straight north of me by a few states, so it shouldn't be too bad. absolutely i am waiting for spring. i am getting 100% fertility and a good hatch rate on my eggs here but the last batch i shipped she did not get a good hatch, i think due to the cold.

I think one of the chicks I hatched from haTHOR is a cockeral, and one is a pullet...they are at the gangly half feathered and half fuzzy stage, and adorable.
Yes siree, a haTHOR roo I have~~~~~
