Lights, or noise of anything keeps me up, except thunderstorms.

I still don't really like lights, but some noises are ok. Except for car noise. At my grandparents' house, there's a really busy highway right by it. There's constantly lights flashing in the bedroom window, and sirens, horns honking, loud engines, etc. That's the worst for me.

I'd hate that too.
There's railroad tracks down our road, & train runs at night. I don't mind the train.

I've never really heard a train overnight. I'm not sure how I'd do with that.

Fans are annoying, unless they're bladeless.

Yeah, but they're pretty expensive, and too tiny to do much, imo.
