Thanks for the mention! Here to watch! And in case any if y'all were wondering, JellyBean II is a pure Golden Laced Wyandotte. My GLW hen lays some pretty small eggs and she isn't a new layer and she isn't a Bantam, at least she is not supposed to be, we got her from TSC so I don't know. The GLW roo is a standard size though.
Nice.
TSC is notorious for mixing chicks up.
You're welcome.

I went out to candle the eggs and I noticed one of them moving a lot. I could see a shadow moving into the aircell and the aircell moving. This chick is on day 18. Could it possibly be trying to internally pip?
Yep, it's gonna internally pip.

I'll describe it a little more just in case. I was holding it absolutely still and I saw a triangle shaped shadow move into the aircell and the aircell dented inwards a little. It did the twice I think but it didn't stay in. I thought it could've been an awkward casted shadow. Wow this is really amazing. I put it at 70% humidity. Is this ok?

Still sounds like the chick is working on it's internal pip. I watched Jelly Bean do the exact same thing.

55% - 65% is best. I don't like going any higher because there's a risk of drowning your chicks with excess moister.
