Dh processed an extra rooster a few weeks ago. We are still wondering what this could be though. It was 2 jelly bean shaped organs that were sort of stuck to the cavity. He said they were really stuck in there.
I figured one of the gurus here could tell me.

I was thinking reproductive organs??

thanks

Were they whitish or cream colored? Testes. But the testes are not really stuck in there.

The kidneys are tucked up next to the fused vertebrate and are reddish. Pretty hard to get to because of some stringy tissue.

No these organs in question are cream colored. We just did another rooster a few minutes ago and he said these ones came out easier then last time. It was one of the last organs he removed.

From wha tI understand, the 'giant' white kidney beans are testicles...

I could be wrong..

Definitely NOT lungs..those are spongy and a bright (pretty) light red color.

White ones are testicles. Red are kidneys. Lungs are up high in the back bone like sponges.

Bile ducts are up connecting at the liver and if broken spill vile green 'bile'. That is a tube and not bean shaped.
