Ok, I think it's time to let this one go. What's done is done. You don't shoot a dog to get back at someone. It's inhumane, immoral and plain ridiculous. There is obviously more to it. Normal people don't just shoot chickens because they're mad. So just build a fence and move on. At the end of the day he is family. The brother acted childish from our one sided perspective but retaliating with another childish act doesn't justify anything.
And it's not very christian-like.
