With all birds you can tell when they're 3-4 months old and you can sex them by putting a business card against their neck feathers and when you put it against their neck make sure there's a couple feathers on a card and roosters will have pointy feathers and females will have rounded feathers.

Giants can be a little slower to mature, but you usually know by 2 months. The comb will tell the tale.

Unless you're an expert vent sexer, you should be able to tell gender when they're 6-8 weeks old.
