Jersey giant roosters

Hi all I need some advice.
I have 2 roosters (bantam Orpington and mixed breed) one very old and the other about 2 years old the younger of the two has just started to chase the older one and he has now lost all his girls to him.
I would really like to introduce a jersey giant cockerel, will this sort the younger rooster out or cause more problems?
I currently have 15 girls in total.
Hope you can give me some advice/ guidance.

3 roos for 15 girls is too much, either keep with what you have or if you really wanted another roo you could get rid of the older one.

Thank you, it's the older one who is the nice bird he hasn't got a mean bone in his body. To be honest I am surprised I still have him but he keeps on going.

well if he is kind and still doing his job I would get rid of the fighter.
