I have a Black jersey giant, they are 2-3 months old, and i wondering if ONE of them are a rooster...
They are AMAZING chickens ever I own
So.. Here the picture.

I am looking for some white Jersey chicks, pullets or eggs.
My Dh really likes the white color. We bought what was supposed to be a young pullet but it started mounting my young tiny silkie pullets a little while back and then started crowing the other day.... So if I can find some chicks or pullets or even some eggs DH will let me have more chickens! lol

I've never had chickens before in my life, but I'm homeschooling my daughter, and thought it'd be a fun project. I just ordered 3 JG chicks from mypetchicken.com. I've read they're a good backyard breed, and good with kids, so here goes nuttin'! I mean, when you already have 2 kids, 2 cats, 2 dogs,a brother-in-law, and a nephew living in your house...how much trouble can a couple of giant hens be?!?! Nevermind...don't answer that!

I'll post pics when they get here this week!

Fantastic - yet another Giant person! Woot!

I think you'll be really pleased with the breed. I absolutely love mine! I've been really surprised that they've been laying so well in the sweltering heat we've had here in Michigan. They really are good layers, and the eggs are nice & big. LOVE this breed!

Jaboo, just a quick look I'm able to take as I'm headed to a meeting, but your birds look VERY nice! Folks - look at the pullet to the far right in the first picture, and note the yellow underfoot - EXCELLENT example of what we want to see!

Your hens look very nice - do you have any conformation pics of the hens? From what I can see, I like the underlines! Would love to see the toplines of the hens.
