Jersey Giants thread for pictures and discussion

That does not look to be a Jersey Giant by the comb alone. Giants have a Single comb, and that looks like a cusion or pea comb?

I'd say rose comb meaning it's more then likely mixed partial giant? Also might want to wait a lol longer on gender

Those also look like my birds... Same mixes and everything.. But they would be about four months old by now so don't think they are mine did you buy them in bridgeton?

Mine are 8 weeks old and from Alabama.

I had a few chicks looked just like that but I thought they were australorps

Me too! I was trying to get some Australorp chicks but pretty sure I have a JG, instead. She's very tall compared to my other pullets who are actually a little older. So, I'm very encouraged reading all the good stuff about them.:)

I would say that looks like a JG x Ameraucana, in other words, probably an olive egger. The feet definitely look JG, but the comb looks Ameraucana. I would also hazard a guess that it is a pullet. If you get some green eggs from her, you'll know for sure.
