I bet he'd make a fine backyard protector for a flock - maybe you can list him on your local Craigslist or bestfarmbuys.com ? The ones that are super protective are worth their weight, IMO.

He is surely a watch dog/rooster. He lets me know if someone or something is around, and he is almost twice as big as any hawk.

I always tell my JG's by their eye color. Light brown is boy dark brown is girl. I always hope for roo's more than hens

That's the way i do it.

NC, she is LOVELY! Gosh, I'm not sure how many club members are "regular posters" but I'm sure I've seen at least ten folks say they are members.
