@drumstick diva -- LOL! That is ironic. I know each one individually, and see all their faults. I pick them apart in my mind until I think there is not one in the bunch worth using. I know I am too critical, but I am only learning this selective breeding and trying ever so hard to do it right. Of these six, I lean toward the last one (standing by the tree.) His barring is tighter and higher on his throat than the others, his comb is closer to standard, and his breast is nice and wide. His legs look crooked, but it is just how he is standing. His wings are well tucked and his tail has the correct set. His topline is one of the best I have seen in this years birds, so far. His hackles are clean and his leg and eye color is right. He has made the first mental cut, but there is another (not pictured) that I like better.
