Hi guys, just my 2 cents... I'm of ethnic origins and I sell chickens to various groups of ethic descent. They really do prefer dark feathered birds. As my mom would say "they want to eat a pretty chicken". I've had better luck selling black broilers then red broilers, but I have to agree that the blk broilers are a pain to clean.
