I ordered muscovy ducks from Joel last year and they were incredible. The Drakes were huge. I'm very happy and would order them again.

Cool im thinkin about getting some scovies and some silkies too from them.
I wish they hatched on the same day.

I've been tempted to order the silkies to, more as a joke because they are really meat silkies you raise for the Asian market.

I'll tell ya though on the Muscovies I've never had better duck in my life. If I had the time and energy I'd order some tonight.

Silkies or "black-bone chicken" is prized in Asian cuisine and in traditional Chinese medicine as a curative food. It's even a flavor of instant noodle over there.

Just received an order of JM's French guineas, and I could not be happier. Healthiest, bounciest box of birds I've ever received and I didn't lose a one.
