I thought I'd start a new thread for the ongoing development of the JMF American Pharaohs we recently hatched. I'll try to update with weights and egg production numbers as we go along.
Here we start:
Set 67 eggs, hatched 46 so not too bad for our first time.
Ended up culling a few with foot problems. Lost a few to developmental problems. And lost a few to stupidity ( one broken leg in the food dish, one broken neck flushing against the top of the brooder ). We're down to 39 now in two brooders, and have a few of our reds in there as well.
They'll be 14 days tomorrow. I'll see if I can get some weights.
Also, good thoughts and prayers going out to Robby. Couldn't have done this without his input and great birds.
