Interesting. I'm a fan of string cheese myself so I guess I'll have to share and see if they'll come hang out with me. I think one of the problems was when I got them from TSC the woman was swinging her hand all over in there grabbing them so I don't know if they just connect hands with danger or what.

I'll try that too. Would it be more beneficial to have them eat those in a bowl first so they know what they taste like then have them in my hand?

I think you could just threw a few on top of their food and see if they take to them. I use frozen peas and just run them under water a few seconds to thaw them a tiny bit. My ducks go crazy for them. Also like someone else said, mealworms. My ducks also go crazy for diced zuchinni and kale chopped up small and thrown in their water. I bring my ducks a treat a couple times a day and they get pretty excited to see me coming.

Hopefully mine will. I tried introducing some mashed up strawberries to them when they were younger and they didn't seem like a very big fan of those

Definitely try treats in a bowl first, my ducks are always suspicious of anything new. It can take a few days, but once it clicks you're golden.

I have 2 ducklings I bought at TSC. I haven't named them yet because I don't know what gender or breed they are. They are about 4 weeks old now. Pics were last week.
