Chickens can and should be kept in an urban/suburban setting. They create few problems than dogs and cats. They encourage neighborhood cooperation and create friendships.

Hey, put me on fellow Contra Costan!!! I'm in Danville, so we're not unincorporated. I'm thinking about starting my own little mini campaign. They are allowed in some areas of Danville, but not mine of course!!

I live in a town that prohibits poultry. Poulrty is on a plate, I have pets that are chickens.
I had a small bantee rooster for 8 years..mom raccoon won.
I now have 5 hens "incognito"
