I used to be more cautious years ago when I lived in town, but now we're so far out in the sticks the internet isn't even here; we had to build our own tower to get it wireless.Call me paranoid but my browser is set to wipe cookies and browser history every time I close it, so I might have to log in multiple times a day. So Join-Us has been my constant companion for a while now.
If I have to use internet away from the house, I change any passwords I plan on using before I leave, and then change again when I return. I even did that before going to the ER once, which drove hubby insane.
I won't log in for anything on my phone at all, except for an email address that's strictly used on the phone (since nowadays you can't go to a concert or get through the airport without a phone, so it seems).
Would it surprise anyone that my guy is a networking guy?![]()
It sure doesn't hurt to be cautious though!
