Good afternoon, chicken lovers,

I have a chicken, born about April 7, that is supposed to be a Jubilee Orpington. It still hadn’t gotten any darker at all. Is it a hen or rooster? It has all the same characteristics as another girlie I brought home the same day. I brought home three, one rooster, one hen, and this one.

I would appreciate any input. Thank you!

I don't know what he/she is but he/she is definitely not a jubilee orpington. The price difference on a Bielefelder and a jubilee is intense enough for you to probably try to say something to your purchase source.

Doesn't look at all like my 2 yr old Jubilee Orpington. How about a Golden Cuckoo Marans female?

I gave her a girlie name because I wanted it to be a girl. The other pair are German Beilefelder, same age, and it looks nothing like them.

Not a Jubilee Orp, and a boy. Maybe a Calico Princess boy?
