He's not the best as he got into a very nasty scrap with a naibourds bramha rooster who wondered somehow onto the group

Spangling is the tips of white on feathers... diamond shaped, almost

So what are you judging it against? The APA booted bantam standard and porcelain variety?
Might want to find out what country the OP is from and what standard they use.
That bird looks like a lavender version of a lemon millefleur variety. I don't think its supposed to be the same as our porcelain.

Yeah... that's what I was doing. OP is from Europe, but I don't have the standard for that.
