Ooh... is it the breed? If so... here in the US they are called booted bantams

Face, comb , wattles, ear lobes... a nice.. bright red
Beak... light horn -good
eyes...red/bay -good
head... incorrect color
hackle... good... missing the Spangler hat the ends
front of neck and breast... good... missing the Spangler
back and saddle .. missing blue and spangles
tail... main tail- missing spangles
sickle and coverts- missing spangles
(I see some gold color on the tail...)
Wings.. missing spangles, but looks okay
body- can't see under wings and ...
fluff... cant see
Under color... cant see

Forgot legs...
LEGS AND TOES- I
lower thighs and hocks...I dont see spangles
shank and toe feathers. ..n incorrect color... ends to be pale blue tipped with white
(I can't see his leg color)

He's not the best as he got into a very nasty scrap with a naibourds bramha rooster who wondered somehow onto the group

Head... I dont see five points... not evenly serrated
Beak... good
Face... looks good
wattles... look good
ear lobes... look good
Head... good... held back well
Neck... good
back.. good... woukd like it more concave
tail... angle is okay... from pics it looks about 10 degrees off... no bird is perfect tho
Wings.. just a tiny bit too vertical
breast... okay... be better if it was carried forward better
body & fluff... good
legs and toes....looks good
