We have white Brahmas. !3 hens and 2 roosters. We have added guineas to our flock 4 hens and 1 rooster. We started last May ordered from Murray McMurray, didn't lose any. They grew so fast but didn't mature until 7 months.Then the crowing and eggs started. Our guineas started laying first. Of course we built our coop first but now we need to make it bigger. Brahmas hens need large nesting boxes. lol Then we added a run 10' X 40' and they loved it.

Coop before chicks? Lol, I am trying to get mine finished before mine arrive in April, hopefully chicken math does not set in (already ordered more than allowed) so I should not have to enlarge it. Welcome to BYC, great looking flock!

Ah so pretty, I am getting a light brahamas hen with my shipping this April. Looking forward to seeing how she turns out. Your chickens look very large anf beautiful, hoping my girl gets like that too. Also do you have white guineas? So beautiful.
