I KNOW!!!!! I could SERIOUSLY watch them all day! And I would if I didn't have chores to do!

I see a trip to the hatchery in my VERY near future! LOL

Here are Maxine's almost 2 month olds!



Although they are spending less and less time hanging with Mom, they are inseparable! It's adorable!

mine turned a month old yesterday! i miss my fluffballs... although they are friendlier now and less scared of me haha

I know about blurry! LOL I have a folder jam packed with blurries....can't bring myself to get rid of them as I believe EVERY chicken picture is precious!

lol i've tried they don't like it very much...
oh and every chicken picture IS precious... i have more than i would ever admit to

and every time my laptop dies i have a mini heart attack thinking i lost all of my pictures!

OMGoodness! I know what you mean! I had a scare a couple days ago. The next time I go to town I am DEFINITELY getting a couple of those flash, junk drives, whatever they are called, to transfer my precious memories for safe keeping!

this is my first time with chicks and ive documented EVERYTHING lol... i need an external hard drive to hold all of my pictures... the flash drives are not enough anymore.. and i wonder why my friends think im crazy ;-) but seriously if i lost my pictures i don't know what i would do

I hear ya! My first time, too. And me, too! Document EVERYTHING! In the beginning I just wanted fresh eggs for breakfast so I started with a little memo book....just the FACTS. That has now escalated....I'm on my third "journal". Yes, journal. I have fallen so in love with my chickens that I find myself journaling (is that a word?!?) just about every night about what goes on "out at the coop".

And I thank my lucky stars that I stumbled onto this sight where no one thinks I'm crazy for what I do for them!

Aw thanks I was just supposed to hatch and brood (?) them for a relative but I fell so I love with them that I visit them every single day! I literally have like separation anxiety on the days I can't see them so I just look through all of my pictures... I can't have chickens where I live but I still consider these "mine"... And my relative knows better than to argue with me when it comes to them... They just want the eggs so I'm allowed to mother them
