Here's a picture of the first little guy to hatch next to his sibling who hatched almost 2 weeks ago. They grow so fast!

AHHH You too have a siameser!I'm very glad my cats don't really notice my incubators until the eggs hatch! They get a bit obsessed with watching the chicks though!

Yeah my hubby evicted my bator from the bed room when it got hot out.... I found it a new home in the laundry room where no one cares that it's 85 degrees, besides that's where the brooder is so all is well... lolThat's it! I can't take the idea of my chicks hatching without me! The incubator is going in the bedroom tonight! I don't care if my husband thinks I'm nuts! It's the night of the 19th day/morning of the 20th! They could pip or even hatch! And I would miss it! And then something bad could happen! What if one needs me! Or the cat figured out how to open the incubator! These are important questions to which I have no answer! The OLNY RATIONAL solution is to sleep next to the incubator! YES! RATIONAL!![]()

So true. I have found there are 2 kinds of people in this world. Siamese people and not Siamese people. Personally I am a Siamese person. I have one pure bred Siamese, one Bengal from a Siamese/ ALC line and one rescued Manx kitten. Then there is the Puppy Freya and of course all the chooks! At least I don't have the snake anymore...Yours is lovely! I've ended up with 3 (plus 2 moggies...), they're nearly as addictive as chickens!

Awww! Congratulations! they are beautiful! I don't have a pond and I KNOW I don't have what it takes to do the swimming pool thing so I will never have duckies but I love seeing other people's quackers. I don't know anything about ducks but that yellow one looks amazing to me!
I live to corrupt ;-)They're so sweet!
You're making me want to pop some of my runner duck eggs in the incubator...
