Can i get this by crossing a m/f jumbo cortunix w/ a m/f jumbo wisconsin bobwhite to make a jumbo bob-bird? thanks

they vary, but pretty much they look just like coturnix no real difference beaks look like coturnix beaks as well...that's why so many people dont believe the hybird birds are real hybrids...but my friend is the one who produced hte birds in teh first place and i really do believe her

She sells them like crazy and the name "bob-bird" was given to them by hatcheries (her birds) so i think it's safe to say they are the real thing

I only know of one person who does do you know of others??

They are produced only for hunting

As their flight is unpredictable and they dont reproduce in teh wild like farm raised/relased/escaped bobwhites can which is better for the environment

oh ok. im a hunter myself, but havnt gone quail hunting yet. i know an unpredictable flight pattern is a special thing to a hunter though. i wonder if there would be any interest in thewm here in texas?
