For various reasons I did not get my last batch of CornishX processed when I should have. I don't remember what age they were, but the largest dressed out at 16 pounds. He was delicious.

I agree, those are CX's.

Beware if you try to get hem that big that fast, you could have leg, heart and kidney problems.

I raise mine slower on restricted speed to get a bigger, and what I think is better juicier bird. I raise mine 13 weeks and get 8-13 pound dressed birds.

I did not realize there was a hatchery in Beaver Dam. I have been getting mine from Iowa. I will have to look up info on them.
