June 2015 Hatch A Long HAL

@Mr MKK FARMS What breeds are you hatching?

The hatch I have going right now are Bantam New Hampshires. But I plan on hatching Salmon Faverolles later this year, if all works out. :) What about you?

Please help I just Checked on my broody and a snake must have got her while I was cutting the grass right now got all eggs except 2 they are still room temp and I candles and they are still moving I grabbed them and put them in a basket with day and put a heat lamp on them. Will that work I don't have a incubator.

RIRs, Black Sex Links, RIR x White Leghorn, Brown Leghorn's, and Brown Leghorn x RIR. The Brown Leghorn and Brown Leghorn crosses came from a friend, as well as a few of the Sex Links.

Oh no....Is your broody okay> Can you put her somewhere in a crate in the house or something back on the eggs? I have heard of some using a heat light but I don't know how you will regulate the humidity and the temperature...

If TSC was still open I would tell you to consider grabbing a cheap still air incubator.

Sorry...

thanks do you have pick of your D'anvers I'd love to see them can't wait for mine to hach.
I don't but I will take one tomorrow. They live with my Honas because at one time they were the same size...LOL He thinks he is a 10 lb ROOSTER!

No unfortunately it killed her and 7 eggs so I tried bringing the 2 eggs inside under a heat lamp but they told me about the humidity so I told a friend that lives near and she has a broody that's not setting so I drove to her house and put them under the hen.. Finger acrossed they will hatch that's all I have left of her they could be both of her eggs or just one or none but I'm hoping..
