I still only have 3 turkens hatched.
I candled 2 of the remaining eggs last night. 1 looked like it wasnt moving, maybe with a blood spot. The other was definately moving, but no pips still yet today. When I saw the 1 moving, I put it back gently and left the rest alone.

Anyone know why it hasnt hatched? What is the chance that it will hatch???

hello there! everyone's chicks look wonderful. this is my first hatch and my first experience with chickens at all, so it's very exciting. i received 24 bantam orp eggs in the mail from a breeder with 3 blue hens, a black hen and a blue rooster. after weeding out the unfertilized and early death eggs, we have about 14-15 viable eggs. last night they started pipping and today 7 have hatched so far, 5 blacks and 2 blues. i had hoped for mostly blues, but i'm thrilled just the same.
