Temp 98,8 hu mott 67 and climbing
The temp is a bit low, did that just happen or has it been low the entire time? Adding water can sometimes cool the incubator for a bit as it warms the water.

No matter the outcome you did not kill them. They may have been sunny side up if not for your efforts. I think my hatch is going sideways and if it does I will take what I learned and try again.

The action of adding humidity really is not an issue! You did fine, sorry it’s been so stressful for you!!That was humidity 67 and climbing I’m all twitchy cause I thought I killed them

And the person who gave me eggs has the same incubator and got 4 of 6 first time 6 of 6 second time but she’s on vaca to Italy so o couldn’t call her for help. Guru texted to add water. I was freaking out as they’ve never been that low - will that make them shrink wrap now that they were 80 down to 27 and as of this minute 72?
