June Hatch A Long

lly
totally my favorite once they start laying maybe I can send you some hatching eggs ;)
I'm in New England as well (Vermont)
Eeek! I'm seriously tempted to sell a few girls to try and convince hubby to get more. I'm currently working on deciding which of my two Olive egger Roo's is going to stick around and waiting to see what our three silkies will end up being. They're around 12 1/2 weeks right now.

She's way to cute. My blues are not very friendly yet. I'm hoping that my mottled kids who are always wanting to sit on me and hang out will make them more friendly. Proof that breeding matters. The mottleds were bred locally and the blues came from a hatchery.

She's always been one of my friendliest. She would sit on my shoulder when she was younger. She came from a local breeder as well. My "friendly" silkies from TSC won't come near me lol. Granted I got them when they were a week or so old from there.

Oooh pictures and video are awesome we love to watch :D Good luck on your hatch.

Just set 2 dozen eggs. One dozen Lone Oaks Crele Orpington Eggs and one dozen English Crele Orpington eggs. Also have another dozen Muscovy eggs that will be joining the incubator tomorrow. I am praying (and praying and praying) for a dryer hatch than the last one but the clouds are looking dark and the dogs say they think a thunderstorm is brewing again ugh.

One of my hens sort of attacked one of the teenagers today and I promptly listed her and another so she doesn’t have to go by herself. It wasn’t bad at all... but... I. Want. Orpingtons. :wee
