I put my 9 little eggs in lockdown tonight! It's our first hatch. Hoping it goes well!!

Good luck on your hatches! I hope every single one makes it.

I just locked down 11 eggs today - 2 Olive Eggers and 9 Penedesenca.

Hang in there. Did you candle? Because if you know the eggs had good development prior to lock down then it's just a waiting game

One of my friends in south carolina sent me some eggs to hatch and a few look like they already have some veining because eggs don't know the difference between sitting under a 100 degree hen or sitting in a 100 degree coop. All they know is that it is 100 degrees.

You are right, where we are located 100degrees is super rare,

Of course it takes a couple days at these temps to develop to that point too

Should they pip before 21 days?
not necessarily. I always have early hatches, some people's always go late. My last batch was mostly hatched on day 19. Day 20 is the norm for me though.
And sometimes you will get a pip, a zip and a hatch within 15 minutes. Or you might have a pip for 6 hours or 12.. it's all up to the chickens. If you are really worried about it and are sure none of the eggs have pipped take one out and candle it. That way you can see if they have pipped internally yet or not.
