What does a copper tail mean?

Usually when goats have Flaky Skin like My Myotonic goat does, and a copper colored tail is a sign of a Copper/zinc deficiency. Im looking into buying Copper Buloses for all of them. its like a pill capsul with copper in it. and im changing there minerals that have more zinc in them

As a matter of fact, any vitamin or mineral deficiency can result in flaky skin. Not just copper.
