I am so sorry about your eggs not hatching. It is really a downer.
I have had shrink wrapped chicken eggs that did not hatch and I have upped the humidity--these should hatch probably Tuesday. If they hatch.
My four little Guinea 'tester' eggs did hatch today with no problem. They were several days early, though.
This is a new Genesis 1588 and the temp should have been good on it. I already lowered it one notch, and it looks to me as if I should probably knock it down another notch. But those Guinea eggs did hatch, so at least things are improving. And they look very healthy, too. Nice energetic little birdies.
I hope you get your humidity right. Am I correct in thinking that you said you are high altitude? I was just reading on another thread that high altitude eggs had to have a little higher humidity.
And it makes a difference what altitude they come from, also.
