I dropped off my ballot today. I have to put in a plug for Oregon's system. All ballots are submitted through the mail or designated drop boxes. This system allows for us to be able to research any measures that we are unsure about as we fill out our ballots. We also tend to get pretty high participation rates because it allows us to vote at our leisure.
