Just Finished Treating My Rooster for Gapeworm but still have concerns

Is his crop emptying overnight?
Anything inside his beak like yellow or white pasty material or a bad odor?
Look inside his ears for any infection.

His feed is o.k. I'd focus on him eating his normal feed and limit the treats. He'll gain weight as he gets better.
If you can, weigh him this will give you a baseline, then weigh him a couple of times a week to see if he's gaining/losing/staying the same.

Yes crop is emptying l, ears and mouth look clean and breath smells normal from what I can tell.

I mean otherwise he seems healthy he moves around ok, humps his pillow lol and chases us around when we are working during the day.

Do you have a video of him opening/closing his beak?

Sounds like he's probably doing o.k. but your mention of the beak movement is hard to visualize. Some birds are a bit quirky, so this action may be normal for him.

If you notice he wipes his beak a lot too you see him do it on the towel. He will also come up to me and wipe it on my pant leg

Chickens will wipe their beak on the ground, your pants or whatever after they have been eating to clean it off.

The smacking/clicking of the beak could be a tic, but I'd re-inspect inside his beak for any signs of canker, a hair or some type of foreign matter.

Re-check the crop to make sure it's emptying overnight.

So yes crop empty this morning so all good there, checked inside beak again looks clean.

I weighed him about 4-5 days ago he was about 5.5 this morning about 5.3 so did not loose to much more weight I just feel he should be gaining he is eating well ever day. He is so skinny and bony that is what is concerning me the most.

Can you get a picture of his right eye? His left looks normal. It is just in your first group of pictures, his right eye looks gray. But that may just be the light in the picture.
