Your plan is good. Just make sure the humidity is quite high in the hatcher. Embryos close to hatch can handle a wider range of temperatures so it isn't as critical as the 99.5 through the rest of incubation.
In a still air 101.5 at the top of the eggs is assumed to give 99.5 in the middle.
Those are only a day apart each so you'll probably have eggs hatching in both at the same time.
