Just for fun - pullet or cockerel?

This is our ~10 week old Speckled Sussex. You cannot really see in the picture, but there are black/blue iridescent feathers coming in on the back and in the tail. Just for fun I'd like to hear your opinions about the sex of this chick. Thanks!!

Looks male, but I’ve never had SS. Large comb, unique tail feathers, growing wattles all point to male.

Yes, not the greatest pic, sorry about that. Do you mean rounded or pointed at the tips of the feathers?

No worries but yes on a rooster or cockerel they are pointed and thin on both his hackle and saddle feather...on a hen they are rounded and fatter

I wish I had another of the same breed to compare. I think they are a bit pointed compared to my others of different varieties though. Hmmm...I'm just not sure though.

Looks like a rooster to me - his tail and giant feet plus the saddle feathers look a little pointy to me. Either way, pretty coloring!

Yeah, those feet are bigger than his head!

I think that's a cockerel, but he/she's very pretty either way!
