I just went to let the chickens out to free range for a while and decided to check the new nesting boxes. I discovered that one of them gave me my first egg! Woohoo!!!
They will be 18 weeks old tomorrow. I will just assume that first eggs may be smallish although this one is kind of cute. The left one is a store bought large.
She laid in the furthest nest, which is the one I figured they would prefer.
