Just got my chicks

im the new proud owner of 1 RIR 1 BPR 1 buff orpington 1 light brahma and 1 golden laced wyandotte......i was over joyed to come home to find all 5 five chicks healthy and i am now enjoying them.............................chikn fanantic

yes i know... i was so relieved when i pulled all five chicks out of the box fully healthy.......thank you and i hope i get to enjoy them for many more years

When should you let a new chick and Mama go back in the chicken run with the other hens? The chick is one week old now and eating chick starter I keep them in a dog cage in the coop at night and let them out in the day inside the coop with out the other hens.
