Just Got the Call! My babies are here!

I'm so jealous! my 3 pekin females are on order. they wont come till mid june (after my week vacation out of state. thought it best to wait till that was out of the way before i got them). your babies are so cute.

i'll be sure to follow this thread and submit pictures once they come in and i have them!

thelse are my first ducks, though I can't promise they'll be my last. I've been eyeing the Welsh harlequins and they are so beautiful. My ducklings, Ricky and Lucy lol are the cutest little things. Call me a crazy duck lady but sometimes I find myself missing them when I'm at work. It's so funny to watch them interact with my 3yr old pit bull mastiff mix. He tries to get close and sniff them, they run away, he's too lazy to chase them, so they come right back to him. I think they're trying to play with him lol. Can't wait to see pics of your Pekings: )

lol i think everyone gets that way with their animals. i'm curious to see how my two dogs will interact with the ducklings once they come in. my 15lb shih Tzu/dachshund mix will probably love them; she loves everyone and everything. my 60lb Australian Shepard/Catahoula mix on the other hand is scared of everything and will probably just bark at them all day lol.

How are the babies doing? I got about two weeks before mine get in. Getting impatient lol. The coop is nearly completed and everything else is pretty much ready.
