There was another rather long thread with a chick with a similiar condition...had photos up to adulthood, I believe the person was looking for vet advise about having the extral limbs on the hen removed.....Can't recall I think it was a Blue Andalusian. You might want to do a search

Not on those legs,.....

...... but yes on her regular ones. i had her sitting down as she would not hold still long enough to get a pic, she kept running to me... LOL
