Just hatched need to move hen and chick

First time with a broody hen and she hatched one egg (thats all she sat on?!) today. I would like to move her to a separate area in the coop now, but how long should I wait? Till night time? couple days? An hour? I would like to separate before other hens and rooster come back in the coop! Thanks.

Move her now, just make sure she has a warm place to sit with her chick

Is the chick dried and fluffed up?

Not yet. Still wet. Should I wait till the chick dries? They have nice spot that I set up just now. Similar to her nesting box but without the drop, the others, and the nosy owner sticking her head in every five minutes to check on chick! =)
