Curiosity - How does the black chicken meat cook up, colorwise? The colors that come to mind, sans sauces or gravies, are totally unappealing ... which is why I haven't tried it, yet. Except maybe as a Halloween dinner, muddy gray meat just doesn't sound appealing to me at all!
