Pointy side down and rest for 12-24 hours. If the air cells are still really bad at set time, you can put them in the incubator but wait a day or two before starting to turn them. Hope you have a great hatch!

Thank you very much.. bator is runing.. i have my temp. At about 37.5c and my Humidity at 57%.. how do i know if the air cell is gud or bad??

Make the room dark or take them to a dark room and some a flashlight in them, prong the flashlight directly against the shell on the fat end. You should be able to see the air cell (unless they are extremely fresh). If the air cell wobbles a little, it's been through a lot during shipping but should be ok to set and start turning. If the air cell is VERY wobbly, I would wait a day to stay turning. If the air cell rolls around the entire inside of the shell, don't turn it for a few days or and make sure to hatch it upright (egg cartons work good for that).

I would also suggest reducing the humidity a little bit down to the 40-45% range at least.
