Here's the deal, my hens are 18 weekers and still not laying, I am getting frustrated and wondered why there are still no eggs. I thought I heard an egg song yesterday, but still nothing. Any ideas about what is wrong here? I have provided everything.

Mine are the same way its so frustrating im going nuts

My mother offered to help me butcher my first batch of pullets because she said they were duds (they didn't lay until around 6 months). I tried to explain to her that these weren't like chickens at a factory farm and her response was that when she was a child, they ate birds that didn't start laying fast enough, so... would I like a chicken dinner?
