If you really want to try vitamins without spending a whole lot, get some infant vitamin drops from the drug store or WalMart, the version without iron. It's a multiple vitamin, around $10 a bottle for the generic version. Give one bird two or three drops on the side of the beak or on a treat once a day. Some people just add them to the water, but I think they deteriorate and become useless within a few hours.
