Just out of curiosity...how many chicken peeps play guitar?

I have 2 electrics, a b.c. rich bich, a randy rhodes design limited edition jackson with the floyd rose locks and duncan dunlop pick ups, and an electric acoustic (for those who don't know it's an acoustic with an amplifier piece installed so it's electric but it's acoustic

I've been playing since I was 5, I guess technically 7-8 is when I started sounding decent and I'm 23. But I love music and guitar.. I have a violin that I play on occasionally, but the chickies aren't used to the higher pitches it creates, so I just play and sing on my guitars to them lol
I thought there would be more than 3 that play on here, I probably just caught everyone at the wrong time lol

I can play part of a Metallica, Black Sabbath, or Ozzy song that my brother taught me when I was younger, but I don't know what song it is

Does that count?

probably Iron Man, it's most common as far as easy songs to learn lol but still, awesome if you can play it or at least try. My chickies seem to really like it when I play Dust In The Wind, and yes I know I'm probably young to know and like the song and know the band but Kansas did an awesome job with that song and it's fun to play. The birds seem to be for lack of a better word, captivated by the song when I take the acoustic out and play and sing it to them lol

NO guitar is for people good with their hands and FYI, I can also play a clarinet and a flute and recorder and sax and drums and piano and OF COURSE bass guitar, I just prefer guitar and violin...they sing better in my opinion

But I just love music, I know there probably aren't that many people who can play a bunch of different instruments. Piano is fun, drums are fun and good for getting aggression out, flute and clarinet are good for beauty as well as the violin, personally depends on the mood I'm in, bass guitar is TOO EASY after years of reg and electric guitar (including 12 string guitar). At the point I'm at, I can make a bass guitar sound like a 6 string reg guitar. The only reason I didn't pursue the chance I had at a record deal a few years ago is because I have very BAD stage fright...I've just barely been able to play and sing in front of hubby without locking up lol The chickens don't judge me though, as far as I know anyway, so they get to hear the majority of it. It appears to please them, you never know though lol

yea, Kansas is good... very good talent on the guitar, it's rare to find something complicated but simple but beautiful and they definatly pulled it off with Dust In The Wind.
Maybe it's the Pisces in me, but I love beautiful music and things and critters lol Thus the Rose Haired Tarantula, the cats, the RIRs and my obsession with wanting to get some phoenixs lol and the cuckoo marans, they're just plain pretty..
Spiders are beautiful and graceful, so are ducks, geese, cats and certain breeds of chicken. Though I LOVE my RIRs..They may not be that graceful but i'll be darned if my roo's aren't the prettiest, sweetest things I've ever run across. I cuddle with my pretty boys even more than my girls. They don't seem to like anyone else when I'm not around but they're awesome towards me and definatly do their jobs lol
