Hey everyone can I integrate a duck into a chicken flock? You know, just in case I feel the need for it. Later.

Yes, but be wary of doing so with drakes. Drakes + chicken hens are not a good combination when mating season rolls around.

I personally wouldn't... I did integrate 9 ducks into 70 chickens. And the ducks were very confident bullies!

I got rid of them this year and won't get them again unless I have a plan for separate housing. Too many stories of dead hens and mine hadn't even reached maturity yet. Once they did it would have gotten worse. My hens tried to defend themselves, but the ducks don't back down.

This is a good point, my ducks bully the turkeys.
